The Community Forest is inspired by the Arcata Community Forest in Northern California. The forest is full of Redwoods and just blocks away from downtown Arcata. You can grab a cup of coffee in the plaza, take a short stroll east and be surrounded by some towering, majestic redwoods in minuets! Just thinking about that fresh damp earth smell and the muted light filtering in though those giant trees give me the chills. Magic!
