In this engaging series, artists will experiment with three different printmaking techniques—each offering its own unique style and creative possibilities. Whether you're brand new to printmaking or looking to expand your skills, this camp is a great way to explore the fundamentals while creating bold, original work.
Day 1: Monoprints with Gelli Plates
Discover the spontaneity of monoprinting using Gelli plates. Play with texture, layering, and color to create one-of-a-kind prints.
Day 2: Collagraph Printing
Design and build your own textured collagraph plate using layered materials, then bring it to life through printing for rich, dimensional results.
Day 3: Linocut Printing
Learn the classic technique of carving into linoleum to create strong, graphic designs that can be printed multiple times.
Throughout the workshop, artists will explore composition, texture, and color while developing their own creative voice across each process.
Each participant will leave with a collection of unique prints and a well-rounded introduction to printmaking techniques.
