Create a vibrant self portrait Just Like Frida!
In this class we'll be working with acrylic paint on canvas to create a vibrant self portrait like artist Frida Kahlo.
Mexican artist Frida Kahlo is remembered for her self-portraits, pain and passion, and bold, vibrant colors. She is celebrated in Mexico for her attention to Mexican and indigenous culture and by feminists for her depiction of the female experience and form.
Who: Kids aged 7-12
All materials are included, so just send your child with a snack and clothes that can get a little messy.
