Join Carys and Alicia for a hands-on, 2-hour workshop celebrating the beauty of food, the work of local farmers, and the artist within all of us. We have lovingly homegrown a gorgeous variety of naturally dried, pesticide- and herbicide-free edible flowers and plants for you to design and build your own one-of-a-kind fall harvest wreath.
We’ll bring an abundant palette of pre-dried materials in every color and texture, simple instructions, and let nature and your creative selves do the rest. No floral or wreath-making experience necessary - just an openness to co-create with what the season has gifted us.
You’ll leave with your finished wreath, ready to hang and celebrate fall and winter gatherings, and any extra plant materials you’d like to take home.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Carys Wilkins has worked the land at Mahonia Gardens, the one acre vegetable farm she owns with her partner, for 14 growing seasons. They have two children, 40 crops, 3 cats, 2 rats, 1 chicken, and a bearded dragon.
Carys loves flowers for their aesthetic, their pollinator support, and the magic they bring to human lives.
Alicia Viani became a floral artist upon making a wreath on a whim from a dried bouquet associated with a heartbreaking loss. Handling flowers was salve for her soul. She started a tiny backyard flower farm and now marvels at stunning summer blooms, dries the flowers inside her home as they transform delicately, and places each flower into an art piece that brings love into your home. Each flower delights and strengthens her heart. Love is constant; it simply transforms as endings are beginnings are endings are beginnings as love after love.
